STUDENT PROFILES

At mySTEP Institute, individuals we serve come from a wide range of student profiles. As a result, this lends itself to a diverse population of high school students receiving our services and support. Together, our unique consultation model combined with our services and support allow us to prioritize student learning.  Specifically, we put our students first as we personalize a roadmap for them to graduate high school and quell the emerging trends facing education.

Generally, standardized education is not equipped to keep up with trends, and the demands have never been greater. These trends range from transforming strategic plans into meaningful action to protecting student well-being. Traditional schools will continue to struggle to make systemic changes at the organizational level. Incidentally, they will find it more difficult to personalize these at the student level. Therefore, it is critical that  families start seeking out options other than a standardized one-size-fits-all education.

Consequently, mySTEP Institute’s extension programs, open-source learning environment, and personalized learning plans are a great alternative to keep pace with these trends to benefit students.

STUDENTS WE SERVE

At mySTEP Institute, we serve students from all over and they come to us with different interests.

  • Students coming from public/private/charter schools, in/out of state, homeschool, etc.
  • Students involved in volunteering, art, sports, theatre, debate, clubs, etc.  
  • Students interested in pathways to nursing, trades, law, education, entrepreneurship, career certificates, etc. 

As with adults, each student is a standout and comes with their own unique experiences and interests. As a result, our model uncovers the profile of each student and fits a schedule to help them succeed.
